Very good story about how the pharmaceutical companies get FDA approval for their drugs and how money and greed could skew results to get that approval. I didn't care for the hero/heroine that much because I just didn't feel any spark between them. There were so many details about secondary characters that sometimes the plot was too hard to follow.
I have really enjoyed this series.

Complex characters and story lines are prevalent in this book. You have high school sweethearts, both have been married and divorced to others. Both are lawyers involved in a complicated case. Luke and Amy are now both investigating the drug company who is distributing a pill for diabetics which have produced several deaths. Luke's firm is on the side of the drug company and Amy is representing the injured party. Very interesting story, with a few twists.
