A lovely story of two best friends, once upon a time, who fall out over a man -- specifically Rosie's cheating husband, who only wants her money. But on the day Rosie wises up and kicks him out, she wins the lottery! How to get rid of the husband without handing over the money? And where does her ex best friend fit in the picture?

Rosie is a wonderful character and I rooted for her throughout. The story is not bad. Fun read.

Yuk. Insipid and predictable.
This poor RICH chubby girl gets rid of her no good husband, wins the lottery and spends the next 200 pages trying to figure out how to get out of giving half the lottery money to her no-good ex. She is already rich!!!
Sub plot, she gets thin. Goes from chubby to running a triathalon in...I think...about six months.
Did I mention the ghost???
Sheesh...
This was my first...and last...Fern Michaels!!
Save your time and money.

A lady finds out that the hubby she married just a few years back is not the man of her dreams, and ditches him making him lose the lifestyle he's accustomed to and much more; Her friend leaves town making adventures of her own and on top of it, she has the winning ticket for a couple hundred million in her pocket and her hubby wants it. Then, she meet a man who may be more her speed, but first have to put out some fires here; Great book;

This is absolutely one of my all-time favorites. I really enjoy reading Fern Michaels and I felt that the characterization in this one really made you fall in love w/ the heroine. I usually don't read ANY book twice, but this is one I have read a few times.
