Wow! This book was not what I was expecting. I thought it would be more along the serial killer storyline. However upon reading it I was amazed that it had nothing to do with serial killers. This is a wonderfully written novel exploring the ideas of a young womans journey into her college years. While attending college, mysterious things happen leading her to investigate who she is, where she comes from and she begins to question her whole entire life and the grandparents who raised her. With a twist, this novel takes you on a crazy journey into the supernatural world where Heaven and Hell exist and how one girl is caught up into the battle for her soul. Loved it!

This was by far the scariest book I've read in a long time. Sue has been raised by her grandparents who have told her that her mother and father were killed in a car crash. She is now headed off to the same university that her mother attended and the first thing she sees when she gets there is a girl in a third floor window screeming. She later finds out it is the room that has a history of being haunted and was her mothers room. Really strange things start to happen around campus and things just get scarrier and scarrier. The book is full of mysterious things, Virgin Mary sightings, investigative priests, girls disapearing, cults and more.

This is a great book. Fast read, interesting plot, resolution was a bit weak. Would suggest this to anyone who wanted instant gratification.
