I have a new electric pressure cooker and I am looking for some tried and true PC recipes.  Does anyone have some to share?

I have always been scared of pressure cookers. I think I got that from my mother. She had an old one she got as a wedding present when she was first married. I can remember her using it a few times when I was a little kid but I could tell she was always nervous while the thing hissed and steamed. I think she eventually put the thing away and never used it. I have come close to buying one a few times over the years but I always talked myself out of it.
