Another good one by Susan Andersen. Aunie's family have raised her to believe that her only value is her beautiful face. When her marriage falls apart, she determines to make something of herself, so that know one thinks of her as just another pretty face anymore. James has spent most of his life taking care of his brothers, who have let him. When he sees Aunie's battered face, he swears he is not taking on another responsbility....
