Brooke McGlothlin explains tidbits of her life with prayer ideas from scriptures to pray over your son(s). It was cute, but I didn't really learn anything. I think I had this on my to-read list at a time when I didn't really know how to deal with my boys or how to pray for them, but for those who need further encouragement, this would be a great book for you. There are questions at the end of each chapter to help you out as well. It was a very fast read.
