This is a collection of 4 well-known historical novelists. My favorite is Jo Beverley's story which is a spin off of the Company of the Rogues.

I read this book for the Jo Beverley novella (part of her Company of Rogues series) and it was wonderful, as usual. I enjoyed the other 3 novellas as well, which was a nice bonus!

While the stories were good, I don't think they were totally in keeping with the younger man theme of this anthology as much as one would think.

I really don't like reading books that are with different authors. I feel that you really can't write a great story in a few short pages. I like the book.
