Author: Mario Vargos Llosa, Mario Vargas Llosa
Mario Vargas Llosa, the internationally acclaimed author of The Storyteller, adds his own finely-tuned poetic polish to this erotic exploration of carnality in one family. He turns the proverbial romantic triangle on its ear to create this New York Times bestselling erotic novel. French flaps and six full-color pages of classic artworks.

Don't bother with this pseudo-intellectual doppelganger of Fanny Hill. It's Gravity's Rainbow without the dirty words as a stepmother does "the deed" with husband and young son. The real treat is that chapters are keyed to works of art (naked and imaginary). Oh, let's not forget the hero's chapter by chapter descriptions of his bodily ablutionsparticularly the one about his toilet ritual. Nobel prizepfffft!

Erotic, but not really my cup of tea. Maybe it's the translation.
