As always, Jones has an wonderfully unpredictable take on fantasy. I read every book she writes, if I can.
This is a book (for ages 10 and up) by the fabulous author, Diana Wynne Jones, who wrote Howl's Moving Castle and The Chronicles of Chrestomanci among other fantasy novels. She's terrific.
