Another in the Stormie Omartian series...but this time its directed at women praying for their own needs...several of the pages have come loose of the binding, but they are all there in order...wanted to make that clear before anyone ordered it. :)

This is a small but powerful book that will help you grow in faith.
This was the first Stormie Omartian book I bought that was about praying. The sections are short but cover many different areas that relate to the needs of a woman.
This book changed my personal prayer and worship time with the Lord. I've also bought many of her other books and have never been disappointed. I highly recommend this book.

What can we say about Stormie Omartian? She is GREAT! The Power of a Praying Woman is like all the rest of her books, but originating towards us women. She helps show us how powerful our prayer is as women. This is one book that stays with you, and all her books do stay with you, but this one in particular, because we are women, helps us to undestand how we as women have powerful prayer!
This is an awesome book to help you with prayer when you don't know what to say or how to put into words what you're feeling.
Be careful not to let this become more important than your Bible, but a companion instead.
The topics specifically address areas of a woman's life that we often forget or wouldn't think to pray about.
I have personally felt a change in myself when I have used this book, along with prayer & reading God's word.
Stormie O'Martian is a wonderful author, but I'm sure even she would agree that the ultimate goal is a true personal relationship with Christ.
Just repeating these prayers in themselves is not a magic potion, but a guideline.
I also have her books "The power of a praying wife" & "The power of a praying parent", also wonderful editions!

This is a wonderful resource when I am having a hard time putting into words what is on my heart while I'm praying.
I have completely enjoyed this book. I enjoyed the book to the extent that I think it's worth re-reading later and I'll be sharing it with the female members of my family as well as my Life Group at church.
