This is a GIFT edition, which I hadn't read when I swapped, but it reads like those desktop calendars that give you little words of wisdom at the bottom of each page to remind you what to be grateful for.
It is a nice compact size that one could carry in a purse or leave in a glove compartment for something to read while waiting. It was enlightening and very positive. Highly recommended!
