Although I'm retired so no longer in the corporate world, I felt many of the examples and events mentioned in this book could be applied to friendships, relationships with family, and overall events in your everyday life. The underlying theme is CONNECTION, whether it's welcoming a new employee, resolving a customer service issue, or resolving employee issues.

The Power of Moments will guide you in recognizing and sometimes MAKING those defining moments, creating experiences, and making that connection.

I've enjoyed reading Chip and Dan Heath's book Switch as well.
