I'm not sure how the # rating above came to be so low, but I'd give this book a #5 rating. It's a wonderful little book filled with pages of techniques on how to cook a potatoe in just about every way you can, including cooking in a microwave. It also includes about 55 different recipes under the headings of Toppings, Soups, Salads, Main Dishes, and Baked Goods! This book packs A LOT of information and is a handy resource to keep with your other cookbooks.
