Very disappointing, especially as I'd enjoyed "The Anomaly" so much.

Giving up, when I realized that (in my edition) I still have about 150 pages left to go and absolutely nothing is happening. My deepest apologies to any book I have ever accused of spinning its wheels, because this takes wheel-spinning to a while new level. Need to move on ...
