There didn't seem to be any slow points in this plot. I was really impressed with myself when I determined, based on a small comment one of Falco's brothers-in-law made, HOW the object Falco is searching for was hidden. But I wasn't smart enough to figure until much later WHERE it was hidden. And neither Falco nor I was smart enough to figure out WHO the murderer was. We both had to be told.

This tale of a long-ago art fraud conspiracy was interesting. And just as Falco seems able to obtain his fondest wish, his hopes are dashed. Maybe he'll have better luck in one of the next novels in this series.
