Michael Pearl has never been one to mince words, and he definitely does NOT in this book either. He is blunt, factual, and some would even say merciless. He says he does not believe the pornographer deserves mercy or pity UNTIL he repents toward God. I believe the function of the book is to show the pornography-user how disgusting his addiction is to God. I'd say it does a good job of that. It has a short section in the back for the wife of a "user." This booklet would be great in prisons for there pornography use is rampant.
