I don't know about you, but I love it when an author puts their own twist of the mythical.
In Poisoned Kisses, Kyra is the daughter of Ares, the God of War. She despises the world of darkness, and is determined to annhilate it. When she learns that Ares wants to add a new soldier to his army, a hydra, she is determined to twart him.
She'll use any means she can to destroy him first. His name is Marco Kaisiris, a notorious arms dealer. His family wants nothing to do with him, he broke it off with his fiance' years ago, he lives alone, by his own rules. What Kyra hadn't counted on was how attractive he was, or how he sets her blood on fire. His blood is poisonous.
Kyra may be immortal, but Marco's blood harms even her. She will have to decide if she still means to destroy him, even if it means destroying her own heart's desire. If she doesn't, he could kill her.
