This is one of the best books I've seen on the subject of balancing your life. It's especially good for people who tend to be workaholics, and for those who are at the opposite end of the spectrum... unmotivated.

This book explains in simple language why Work, Love and Play are all equally important elements in leading a happy, productive, and balanced life.

I highly recommend it.
