This is a very interesting book that "shows you how to lead a more construcive, fulfilling life by utilizing the principles of a unique Japanese philosophy -- Morita Psychotherapy."
Morita's system focuses our attention on reality and the beauties of everyday living.
My favorite parts were about "Living Exercises" -- such as taking a 30 minute daily walk, reading light non-fiction before bedtime, volunteering, and keeping a journal.

You can get the gist of the book from the publisher's description. But it is easy to read, and I find some benefit in internalizing things with the longer explanations and examples.
