Beautiful gift book.

Little Sarah and her dad plant pansies every fall.Every fall they talk about how the pansies cluster together and intertwine their roots to stay alive during the winter storms, then bloom in the spring. But as Sarah grows up and blossoms into a young woman, It's her fathers turn to "learn wisdom from the pansies."

Told as a timeless story and illustrated with emotive watercolors, Planting more than pansies is a resonate story of love, repentance, and rebirth. Based on real life experiences this adult story affirms that if we have planted well, our children can weather the storms of life and come back to us, even if they should fall for a season.

There are some beautiful watercolors of Sarah and her dad. My favorite shows Dad on his knees praying for Sarah.
This is what we parents go through when we raise small children to teens then adults. An excellent story.
