This book is terrifying. I was a bit upset by the fact that the author had no advice on what to do with all of the information he presented. It's scary to think all this data mining and abuses of information are happening every day and that it can happen to anyone, but how can I protect myself? Sadly, the author didn't address this concern so much as just tell me what to expect in the future and explaining just how bad it is currently. I really needed an additional chapter called "What You Can Do About It", but it wasn't there. Oh well. Overall, it definitely didn't pull any punches and I respected that. There's a lot of really good information and it's presented in a very conversational tone that makes it read almost like fiction. Too bad that isn't the case!
