Wow, if you read all the reviews on back cover of book, and the one on the front which says 'riveting'--you really want to read it. I am a voracious reader and like 'heady' books, but this one...well, I tried. Every 4-5 pages when I would begin again each evening, it put me right to sleep. This never happens to me. This one was more effective than any medicine. Boring. Riveting? Hardly. I told myself to stick with it there must be an improvement coming, and night after night...zzzzz....I got 1/3 through and said 'that's it, I'm calling it quits.'
