I thoroughly enjoyed reading about Laura's search for her place in the country. I have to admit I would have given up!! Her writing style is interesting and her characters are real - because they are. I will be reading more by her. (This one is a withdrawn library book, hardcover, certainly doesn't hurt the reading of the book in any way; just wanted to alert you to the fact.)
