This is an amazingly good cookbook. I bought one new for myself and one as a gift for my sister several years ago. I use mine alot but my sister actually wore hers out (evidently she bakes more than I do!) The pages were literally falling out of hers, it had been loved so much. I put this on my wish list and found her a replacement, it came to me from another paperback swapper and I am happy to say it was in like new condition.

I have to say everything I have made from this book has turned out great. The book itself is laid out very well, the recipies are easy to follow, all the ingredients and measures are stated first (I had one recipe book that listed the ingredients throughout the directions and I really don't like that method).

A great go to book for baking.
