Historical romance set in London in 1812. It's a silly story, light-hearted and irreverent. A gay man marries to cover up his lifestyle. The woman he marries knows and accepts what he is. They fall in love. Then he meets another man. All 3 fall in love, but this isn't a threesome sexual affair. Two at a time and not too explicit.

Not too believable, either.

I really, really wanted to like this book -- the premise is so intriguing! But I had a hard time finishing it. The story to me lacked emotion, the writing felt a little flat. I'm hoping to see more books in this genre, though.

A very strong debut novel, with an unusual plot for a regency romance, or any romance for that matter. The multiple plotlines make for multiple endings which is a flaw, but overall a very good, well-written, humorous story. I look forward to more from this author.
