VERY helpful. I only knew the very most basic basics of Photoshop but this has really helped me figure a LOT of it out. You don't have to read it cover to cover, you can flip around as you like or need to which I did while actually working on a few projects. It's certainly not the same as having a person to give you answers to your specific questions or problems, but it's way better than nothing!
