Sylvia provides some interesting theories on a lot of paranormal topics. If you have read her book Visits from the Afterlife, you will notice that quite a bit of Phenomenon is taken word for word from the first two chapters of Visits from the Afterlife. It is a great little reference guide to help explain some paranormal phenomenon and is written in sort of a dictionary form where the topics are in alphabetical order.

Everything I've ever read by Sylvia Browne is worth reading but this is one is not really a story so much as snip its and definitions. Useful but not if you're looking to read a story.
