Perricone knows a lot about nutrition. Follow his advice if it seems like common sense. Eat wild-caught Alaskan salmon - canned.
Eat fresh foods, raw or lightly steamed.
Eat enough protein - mostly salmon or fish with high levels of omega 3 fats.
Don't eat foods that cause inflammation.
Don't smoke.
Pay attention to portion size.
Eat enough nutrition-dense calories.
Exercise. Breath deeply.
