This is a very good book and I got a lot out of it. It has information on supplements, foods, and exercises.

The advice in this book would be ok if we could all easily afford to spend thousands of dollars on the author's wrinkle creams. His signature potions range in price from 80. to $500. for a bottle that holds an ounce or two. Once again, these might even be ok if they worked really well. I have tried some of his products and found them to be a huge waste of money. I was in my late twenties at the time and therefore did mot need or expect a miracle but I saw no difference at all. Very dissapointing.
