Lady Winifred Fortescue writes a charming tale, and at times, funny events evolve about the people of the Provence area. She, and her husband move from England to the beautiful countryside of Provence in the 1930's. Lady Winifred's paints the picture of the Provence area, as they are challenged in renovating their home . She shares many tales. A quick, fun read.
