This is the first time I have read anything by this author (it is only his second book I believe) and it was superb. This is the kind of thriller/mystery I love to read, a serial killer, a story that keeps you guessing and a terrific ending. I have already ordered the first book in what appears to be a series or at least a related book with the same detectives. It is written much like Brian Freeman's thrillers with short chapters like James Patterson. One of the best mysteries I have read in a while, I highly recommend this one.

Good book.....love that the chapters are short and to the point without an excess of "wordiness" that isn't necessary! Book #2 in his John Stallings series. Can't wait to read #3. Worth trying out this author if you have never read him yet!
Now this is knowing how to write a good, fast, page turning book! The characters are easy to like and get involved with their lives and their personal issues. Need more like this one!

Great second book in the John Stallings series. I really liked this book, fast paced and good story line. I really don't want this series to end. Ready to read the next one in the series.
