Very easy to read, just what you need when you're a parent. It is straight to the point & gives some easy to use suggestions on redirecting behavior. So far, I have used a couple of suggestions & both have worked wonderfully. I am a parent that reads everything, & thought I had parenting figured out until my second child, who is at time difficult to understand. This book is very handy.
