I was happy to find a new to me author, through PBS, Stuart M. Kaminsky. According to the cover he has won many awards for his writings. However, I was very disappointed with this book. It is full of characters that are never really fully developed so the reader is in a quandary as he continues through the book. They are of all nationalities, from Russian to Botswanian. The Police are as corrupt as the "bad guys". Some of the females are really males. The "ghost girl" is really a boy.....This is a short book and that is one of it's few benefits.
