I really enjoyed this book, which is a collection of biographical essays on some of the people chosen as "People of the Century" in Time magazines. Some of the individuals rate only a short mention, but the full essays cover a wide range of people -- from Hitler to Sinatra! The essays are written by writers with appropriate connections to the individual or his/her area of acclaim. The readers to a good job with the narration.

Perfect when you can fit in only small snippets of listening (I listened during short drives to the store, etc.).

4 cassettes, about 4.5 hours.
