I loved Clark DeLeon when he had a daily article in the Philadelphia Inquirer. In fact, he wrote a series on Philly Speak, which I still have. This is written in his typical tongue-in-cheek style. I've lived here for 3/4 of my life and never knew many of these places exsisted. My father was surprised with a few and he knows A LOT about history and Pennsylvania. Keystoners ... Beware, this book is very entertaining, if you don't mind a few jabs at your home state. Yo, shrug it off!
