This book has some really helpful tips. Some that I had never heard of like apple cider vinegar to get rid of gray hair (this REALLY works) and others that you just needed reminded of like don't buy an appliance this more bells & whistles than you really need. I have a bunch of bookmarks in this book marking the recipes or tips I want to try. Sorry, it is going to be awhile before I am ready to part with my copy.
