Excellent historical review of the American revolutionary years through the eyes of young lady's dreams. Very neat mechanism. Also provides much thoughtful insight into the dilemmas faced by our founding fathers. Very touching.

A bit slower in pace than some of Michaels' books, nevertheless this is an interesting story, especially because of its dual settings in modern (1976) and Colonial times. The historical parts are well-done and well-researched and the story kept my interest.

An interesting concept - not really time travel, but should appeal to those who like historical and time travel romances.
