The story line had an interesting premise - suppose income tax is illegal! Cotton Malone, the protagonist, is to find the proof (or lack thereof) and return it to his sometime boss, the head of the Magellan Billet.
Well written, with adequate action and a story line that will keep ones interest. I enjoyed it.
