This book is definitely very thorough in its recipe collection! It has everything for vegetarians to serious meat eaters. Quite a few of the pasta dishes could easily be made vegan. So, the book pretty much covers everything - from those who love decadence to those who are more into health to those who want a little of both.
The photos are quite good, the directions easy to follow. Another bonus is that the book is easy to prop up, and keep open - something that I find to be an asset in cooking. It's hardcover, with a spiral binding inside - which is what makes it so easy to use during cooking.
