Natasha Lester is beginning to become one of my favorite authors. The French Seamstress is a story that keeps you not wanting to put the book down.
Lester's character development, her storyline, and the intertwining of both the past and the future are excellent. The two protagonists Estella and her granddaughter Fabienne both unravel secrets that involve the War, the Fashion Industry, and what really is important.
A book that will keep you reading and hating when the end comes much too quickly.

Great story. Love stories with WW11 theme.
The story behind in France at the start of WWII and continues through to the present time. It was one woman's dream that comes true and how it affects her family into the future. Lots of ups and downs and secrets that finally come out. The characters were well developed and you cared about what happened to them. Did like it and do recommend it.
