This was another book in the life of the Angels and their explorations. It is mostly the story of their deceased sister, Katherine, whose secrets lie in the basement of a Paris mansion the Angel siblings inherited from their grandmother.
It was an acceptable story with an ending that awaits in the next book of the series.
