I was a bit disappointed in this cookbook, usually I love Patricia Wells. I just found that the recipes seemed to be duplicates of ones in other books I had by her, and also there were too many recipes with truffles. I haven't actually used it, whereas I use her Bistro Cooking and At Home In Provence.
