A fantastic crime thriller, fileld with plenty of action, a touch of romance, and great character development.
I enjoyed this book quite a bit. It is partially set in NYC, and partly in Naples Italy.

Predictable story - decent writing
Giancarlo Lo Manto is a dogged detective on the Naples police force. When his niece goes missing in New York, he arranges for a temporary assignment with the NYPD where he had lived til he was 15.
