I really enjoyed this book. It gave real examples of real people struggling to overcome anxiety disorders or just people who want to calm down and stop fretting over stuff. I liked this book alot.

If you use the techniques it will work miracles on your anxiety. It is very comforting to read that you are not alone and you do not have some weird undiagnosed disease, you hae anxiety.

This was a book I needed for a time, but have put a lot of things behind me and no longer need this. I haven't opened it in years, but remember it as being a thoughtful, well-written self-help book.
