This is an excellent introduction to water color. It includes a discussion on paints, paper and brushes, basic techniques including composition, perspective and color theory. It describes and illustrates techniques for painting landscapes and seascapes, figures, portraits, still life and natural history. It concludes with a discussion of mounting, framing and exhibiting your paintings.
