Another great book in this series. I love the character. The only thing I have a 'bone to pick with' is the references to the previous books "Now available in a bookstore near you." But that is minor. I find myself smiling and laughing throughout the book. A quick read!

I like Jaine a lot. She is constantly fighting the battle of the bulge, looking for better paying work, and copying with her overweight cat, Prozac. In this book she makes a new friend who invites her to join her group of friends in the PMS Club. What's not to enjoy? The best guacamole and margaritas, while sitting around dishing with the girls! Until there is a murder and it is obvious it is one of the group. But which one? I had my suspect picked out fairly early. See if you get it right!

This is the fifth book in the Jaine Austen series by Laura Levine. Another very funny story. In this one, Jaine joins a "women's support group" called the PMS Club. When one of the club members is poisoned with some guacamole containing peanut oil (she had a peanut allergy), all the members of the club come under suspicion, and Jaine tries to solve the murder. I liked this one better than some of the others in this series!
