Overbite (working title: Craving) is the sequel to Insatiable, which introduced Meena Harper, Lucien Antonescu (son of Dracula) and Alaric Wulf (soldier of the Palatine Guard). I LOVED Insatiable but found Overbite somewhat of a let down. Characters rarely listened whenever dire warnings of danger were offered. If that happens once, okay - but several times and I get frustrated. It's akin to a bad film where someone says, "There's a serial killer on the loose but I think I'll go for a walk in the woods tonight..." I couldn't help but think that all of them behaved with an extra dollop of dumb.
