I read a lot of erotica, and this gets 3 stars because at the very least, it's well written, the sentences make sense and the main character seems plausible. So it's works on a literary level. It didn't work for me on a sensual level, but that may be because I realize that spanking doesn't quite do it for me. However if you want to explore a book about spanking this is definitely a safe space to start, and you may find it more engaging than I did. It's set in the UK, and teacher/student spanking fantasies are mentioned (though nothing underage occures)
