A great PG rated romance. I am not a fan of NASCAR, but I loved this book! Roberto is very appealing as the hero, and Mallory makes a great partner for him. They meet and come together to offset public perceptions they are both trying to change. During their time in the "staged" relationship, they realize how much alike they are, and how much they care about each other. My only problem with the book is that I wish it could have been longer. After reading this, I am looking at the author's other works, as well as other NASCAR books to read, as I enjoyed this one so much.

NASCAR: Hidden Legacies Book 4
Dark hair, dark eyed actress Mallory Dalton never felt like she fit in with her blond haired, blue eyed family. She also is tired of being the goody-two-shoes in all the shows and movies shes in. When asked to help clean up a bad boys image she decides that maybe she can get some of that bad boy to rub off on her image instead. In the midst of everything else a secret that should have been told years ago comes to light and shatters her world.

Roberto Castillo has succeeded at open wheel driving and now hes joined the Cargill-Grosso team in NASCAR. His image of a bad boy playboy is alive and well whether its true or not. His agent wants him to have Americas Sweetheart as his pretend girlfriend to clean up his act. All he wants is someone to see who he really is inside.

The Grossos are busy with leads on a past mystery while trying to run their business and keep their new driver out of the tabloids. On the track theres plenty of action as well trying to teach Roberto that Kent is a teammate not an enemy. Nothing new on the murder from book one, yet. Book five continues with Nathan Cargill as he has plenty of troubles dogging him these days in Over The Wall.
