The life and times of Charles Darwin is told in a novel full of suspense, adventure, and romance.
Worth reading for the insight to how and why Darwin produced the Theory of Evolution, which is still very misunderstood. Also a good overview of his contemporary giants of science: Hooker, Lyell, Huxley etc. But it is much too wordy and in-depth to the point of silliness at times. Be prepared to skip over many passages.
